The relationship between Bell & Ross and the aeronautical world has been constant since the brand’s beginnings. With the BR-03 Chrono Rafale Solo Display, unveiled during the 2023 Paris Air Show, the maison reaffirms this connection with a limited edition of 500 pieces, inspired by the Rafale Solo Display aerobatic team of the French Armée de l’Air et de l’Espace.
Design inspired by aeronautics
The 42 mm square case in micro-blasted black ceramic directly echoes the visual language of cockpit instruments. The matte black dial, with numerals and hands coated in Super-LumiNova® X1, ensures perfect legibility in all conditions. Orange and yellow accents evoke the signaling codes of military aircraft, while the “START” and “RESET” pushers emphasize its identity as a professional tool watch.
Straps and functionality
The model comes with two straps included: a perforated black rubber strap, comfortable and versatile, and an ultra-resistant synthetic fabric strap with velcro closure and the Rafale Solo Display logo. Both options guarantee comfort and reliability in any situation.
Robust and precise movement
Inside beats the automatic BR-CAL.301 calibre, based on the ETA 2894-2, with a 42-hour power reserve. Its functions include hours, minutes, small seconds, date at 4:30, 30-minute chronograph, and tachymeter scale. The watch is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and water-resistant up to 100 meters.
