In a context marked by market caution and a certain creative restraint at Watches & Wonders 2026, some of the brands we work with at Maison Roca have positioned themselves intelligently, reinforcing their identity and focusing on coherent evolutions rather than radical disruptions. This year was not about bold statements, but about strategic consolidation and solid product development.
We take a look at some of the novelties from Baume & Mercier, Oris, Bell & Ross and Hamilton—four brands with very different approaches but a shared denominator: brand coherence and a strong focus on the end customer.
Baume & Mercier: the maturity of Riviera
At Baume & Mercier, the Riviera collection remains the central pillar. Far from being exhausted, the line continues to expand with new configurations that bring freshness without losing coherence.
The 2026 novelties introduce the Joia collection, a watch conceived as a style accessory, offering multiple options and a clear return to the concept of feminine jewellery. Different materials and finishes make it a particularly attractive proposal.
Ref.: 10850 stands out.
Also noteworthy is the restyling of the Classima 40 mm collection, with improved ergonomics in the case and new dials, such as the blue version, bringing greater modernity:
Automatic Ref.: 10880
Quartz Ref.: 10878
Finally, the 39 mm quartz Riviera (Ref. 10846) consolidates the collection as a versatile, contemporary offering with an excellent value-for-money ratio.
Baume & Mercier demonstrates a perfect understanding of its positioning: an attractive, recognisable and commercial product, without excess or unnecessary complexity.
Oris: purpose, technique and differentiation
Oris maintains its independent approach with a proposal faithful to its values: sustainability, functionality and honest mechanical watchmaking.
The main novelty of 2026 revolves around the evolution of the Artelier line, with the Artelier Date models in three colours (blue, black and white), available with either a steel bracelet or leather strap:
Steel Ref.: 01 733 7810 4051-07 8 20 20
Leather Ref.: 01 733 7810 4051-07 6 20 17FC

Also noteworthy is the Artelier Complication, featuring a moonphase calendar and a second time zone (GMT), available in three colours (brown, blue and white):
Steel Ref.: 01 782 7811 4056-07 8 20 20
Leather Ref.: 01 782 7811 4056-07 6 20 17FC
Within the Heritage line, the Star Edition 60th Anniversary (Ref. 01 733 7813 4151-Set) represents a piece with strong historical significance.
Oris does not aim to compete in traditional luxury, but in authenticity, while reinforcing the development of in-house movements as an independent manufacture.
Bell & Ross: uncompromising professional DNA
Bell & Ross remains true to its instrumental DNA, evolving its iconic square case and its connection to aviation.
In 2026, it expands the BR 05 line with the Blue Diamond Eagle (36 mm), alongside new interpretations of the BR 03:
• New green dial (Ref.: BR03A-GN-ST/SCA)
• Skeleton steel version (Ref.: BR03A-BL-SKST/SRB)

Bell & Ross does not seek reinvention, but rather the refinement of a clear concept: tool watches with a bold and coherent aesthetic.
Hamilton: accessible innovation and American heritage
Hamilton continues to leverage one of its key strengths: the combination of American heritage, technical innovation and accessibility.
The 2026 novelties reinforce the Khaki line, with limited editions such as:
• KHAKI FIELD M36-BK-N-GN
• KHAKI SCUBA GMT A43-BU-BRC
• KHAKI KING DD A40-BU-L-BW
Also noteworthy is the new dial colour in the Open Heart collection (Ref.: JM OPEN HEART A40-YE-L-BW), as well as its connections with the world of cinema.
Hamilton remains a solid entry point into mechanical watchmaking, offering reliable products, recognisable design and a very well-defined strategy.

Less noise, more consolidation
If one thing defines Watches & Wonders 2026, it is the absence of major disruptions and the strategic clarity of the brands.
2026 may not be remembered as a year of great revolutions, but as a turning point where many maisons made clear where they are heading. And in watchmaking, that carries more value than it might seem.
