Returns and Exchanges Policy

At our boutiques, we strive to offer our customers products of the highest quality and excellent service. To ensure a satisfying shopping experience, we have established the following returns and exchanges policy:

1. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Product Exchanges

If a product has been purchased as a gift and the recipient wishes to return it, we offer the option to exchange it for another product from our boutique.
– If the newly selected product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.
– If the newly selected product has a lower price, a store voucher will be issued for the difference, which can be used for future purchases.

3. Conditions for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
– Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, defects or damage.
– Retain its original packaging, tags and any other documentation included at the time of purchase.
– Be accompanied by the purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
Exchanges must be requested within 15 calendar days of the purchase date.

4. Products Excluded from Exchanges

Exchanges will not be accepted for products such as:
– Personalised or made-to-order items.
– Other products specified as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

5. Store Voucher

The store voucher issued as a result of an exchange is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
This voucher can only be used at our boutiques and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request if the conditions stated above are not met.
